Plodie is committed to protecting your privacy, which is based on the General Regulation and its principles, and in accordance with the above, adopts this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy governs how Plodie collects, uses, and manages your data, including personal data, if you are a user of our services, a supplier, a partner, or have simply subscribed to our promotional materials (hereinafter: You). This Policy applies only to natural persons (data subjects) or their personal data. The processing of information concerning legal entities (such as information considered as trade secrets, professional secrets, and confidential information) is not covered by this Policy. Plodie is the Data Controller in relation to the personal data we collect from you, i.e., the entity that determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.

Data Controller
Plodie (we, us, or our) acts as the Data Controller regarding the processing of your Personal Data covered by this Privacy Policy in terms of applicable data protection regulations. This means that Plodie determines how these Personal Data are processed and for what purposes.

Types of Personal Data Processed and Processing Purposes
Visiting and browsing the Website does not require user registration, so your registration and account data are not collected. For more information on data collection via cookies, please refer to our Cookie Notice. Plodie, in accordance with this Privacy Policy, may collect the following personal data:
- Data from voluntarily completed contact forms on our website by users for the purpose of making inquiries or communicating with Plodie;
- Other data that the user voluntarily provides to Plodie when requesting a particular service or providing certain information. When you access the website, general, non-personal data (number of visits, average time of visit, pages visited) are automatically recorded. Website Analytics – Google Analytics
Our website may use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by a third party, Alphabet Inc. and its subsidiaries (Google). The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to Google and stored on servers in the Republic of Ireland, where it will be stored for up to 26 months and then deleted (subject to the terms and conditions applicable on the date of this policy). Right to Access Personal Data
You have the right to request confirmation of whether Plodie is processing your data and, if so, you also have the right to access it. You have the right to access your personal data that we process about you and can request detailed information, particularly regarding its processing purposes, type/categories of personal data being processed, including access to your personal data, recipients or categories of recipients, and the intended period for which the personal data will be stored. Access to personal data may be restricted only in cases prescribed by Union or national law or when such restriction respects the essence of fundamental rights and freedoms of others.

Right to Rectification
If you believe that Plodie is using incorrect or incomplete data, or if you wish to change your data, as an individual, you have the right to supplement incomplete data, modify and correct it, taking into account the purposes of processing. Please note that it is necessary to specify what is not correct, complete, or updated and in what sense the above needs to be corrected and provide the necessary documentation supporting your claims.

Right to Erasure (Right to be Deleted)
This is your personal right to request Plodie to delete personal data concerning you without undue delay, and the Data Controller must delete the personal data without undue delay. You have the right to request the deletion of personal data concerning you if one of the following conditions is met:

-Your personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which we collected or processed them;
-You have withdrawn consent on which the processing is based in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) and there is no other legal basis for processing;

- You have objected to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Article 21(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for processing;

- The personal data have been unlawfully processed;

- The personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation under Union or Member State law to which the Data Controller is subject;

- The personal data were collected in relation to the offer of information society services referred to in Article 8(1).

Right to Restriction of Processing: You have the right to request Plodie to restrict the processing of your data if you believe that Plodie holds inaccurate data; if the processing is unlawful, but you do not want your data to be erased, rather to be used for restricted purposes; Plodie no longer needs your personal data, but you need it for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims; you have objected to processing while verification of whether the legitimate grounds of the Data Controller override yours is pending.

Right to Data Portability: You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to the Data Controller, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. Furthermore, you have the right to transmit this information to another controller without hindrance from Plodie.

Right to Object
When personal data are processed for marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for such purposes; if you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, the data will no longer be processed for those purposes.

Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority: This is your personal right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in the country where you live, work, or where the alleged infringement occurred, if you believe that the processing of personal data concerning you infringes data protection rules. Notification to the Supervisory Authority of a Personal Data Breach
If a breach of this Privacy Policy occurs, Plodie is obliged to notify the competent authority. When there is a suspicion that a criminal offense has been committed due to the breach of rights, Plodie is obligated to notify the police and/or the competent state attorney about the breach.

Right to Withdraw Consent
This is your personal right to withdraw your consent for the processing of data based on the same.
Regarding the withdrawal of consent for the processing of your personal data for cookies as mentioned above, please refer to our Cookie Notice. Please be aware that in certain cases provided by law, we may not be able to fully comply with your requests to exercise your rights, e.g., to fulfill our legal obligations, or for the purpose of establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims, we may need to retain certain of your Personal Data even after you have requested deletion.
